Intersections is the speaker series of the Department of Geography and Planning at the University of Toronto.
This year’s Intersections programming is organized by five research clusters in our department: Critical Planning, Labour and Economic Geography, Physical Geography, Political Spaces, and Transportation. Each cluster proposed a set of activities such as lectures, workshops and reading groups. This website will keep you informed about the various events that have been planned for 2018-2019, which will typically take place on Fridays, 3-5pm.
The 2018-2019 schedule for Intersections is available here (google calendar). As our calendar will be updated as and when new events are confirmed, you may want to check our website from time to time. We will also announce all events by email and through our Facebook page.
This year’s Intersections is administered by Professor Kanishka Goonewardena and Geography PhD candidate Zannah Matson. The Intersections team can be contacted by email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions or feedback.
